Key Responsibilities

    ·         Conduct solution selling to residential and commercial projects through influencers such as architects, consultants, and interior designers.

    ·         Understand customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals accordingly.

    ·         Map projects and facilitate order closure.

    ·         Coordinate with internal and external technical and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.

    ·         Manage the database of architects and interior designers to execute influencer engagement programs effectively.

    ·         Gather extensive market information on technology, trends, and available solutions.

    ·         Conduct market mapping and analyze market information to identify growth possibilities and opportunities.

    ·         Forecast sales for the year or specific periods based on the potential of the area and channel partners.

    ·         Utilize technological tools effectively.

    ·         Develop and maintain a strong network with builders, architects, security consultants, electrical consultants, project management consultants, etc.

    ·         Possess a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.

    ·         Make presentations, generate interest, and convince architects, interior designers, consultants, purchase teams, government agencies, developers, etc., about automation solutions.

    ·         Continuously work on increasing and improving the sales funnel.
